A very special RHCDS tradition for Kindergarten and Grade 8 students!
Grade 2 students spending the day learning about India and its fascinating culture. They learned how to play cricket, traditional Indian dance moves, and tried delicious Indian cuisine. Thank you to our wonderful families for volunteering for this wonderful experience!
Grades 7 & 8 travelled to East Coast over Spring Break to tour the sites and experience new adventures. This is an annual trip for seventh and eighth graders that the students look forward to as they go through their years at RHCDS.

Congratulations to our RHCDS finalists! (pictured with Middle School Math Teachers, Ms. Talar Gullapyan and Mr. Price Shoemaker). They competed at the Middle School Math Counts competition held at Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach. For the first time, our students will be advancing and competing at the state competition on March 30th!
Grade 5 students participated in “Walk Through the American Revolution” this week. In which they became experts in a specific subject of the Revolution to answer questions and earn points for their teams while dressed in time period costumes. They also enjoyed a special lunch hosted by the grade 5 parents!
Science Day is a fun filled day where students are able to participate in multiple science experiments! The experiments are taught by different teachers as the students move from classroom to classroom. Science Day is definitely a favorite here at Country Day!
