RHCDS had a Spooktacular day full of festivities!

There were activities for all grades!  Kindergarteners learned to make their own slime in our Lower School Science Lab.  Grade 2 students continued the Country Day tradition of performing their Halloween program with bewitching, spooky, silly and ghoulish songs. They also sang “Time Warp” in Spanish and “Are You Creeping” in Mandarin. The annual pumpkin carving contest brought many creative entries, including one from each First Grade student as part of their “Pumpkin Book Reports”. Students in Kindergarten through Grade 5 participated in the Halloween Costume Parade walking through our campus while Middle School students and parents cheered them on. Middle School Students also had a great time at their Halloween dance.

But Halloween isn’t just for the students at RHCDS – our Administration and Faculty joined in the fun as well!
