Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15 through October 15. To become more familiar with Mexico’s struggle for independence, fifth graders created keynote presentations outlining the important events and people involved with el Día de Independencia de Mexico. Students did their own research, created outlines, and presented their work to their class. ¡Viva Mexico!
