Karen Shipherd
Executive Director
Mrs. Karen Shipherd began as Executive Director at Country Day in 2004. She is a native of Gardena and graduated from Harvard with her Bachelors degree and received her MBA from UCLA. Her favorite part of working at RHCDS is watching the students at recess. When she is not at RHCDS she enjoys running and spending time with her two sons, Michael and Cory.
